History
In the middle of 2000s, mobile phones were becoming increasingly powerful, and incorporated a number of functions such as ability to take digital images, transfer data(GPRS/3G/HDSPA) and to recognize their location though in-built GPS receivers. At that time, mobile devices were seldom used in business applications, due to the limited functionality, expensiveness of Internet, inability to process and store significant amounts of data. At that time, Mr.Seppo Huurinainen came up with an idea to use this emerging functionality to create adistributed business applications to suite the needs of Bioenergy Industry. With the assistance of MikTech[5], an office was set up inMikpoli[6] building, in Mikkeli, where the company is headquartered since.
